The things parents ask us first
When am I charged?
On the day you subscribe, then on the same date each month.
Can I change course or plan later?
Yes. Tell us and we will arrange the new course or number of lessons with you.
What if I miss a lesson?
Tell your teacher in advance and the lesson is moved, not lost. Repeated no-shows without notice cannot be carried over.
Why do the Ijazah courses have no price?
An ijazah is agreed individually: the reading, the pace and the number of lessons depend on your current level, so the sheikh quotes after assessing your recitation.
Do you offer refunds?
Within the first seven days, if you have taken no more than two lessons, we refund in full. After that we refund the unused portion. The refund policy page has the detail.
Try before you decide
The trial lesson is genuinely free and there is no card required to book it.
