1. Educational purpose

Everything published here is for teaching and general guidance. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error at all times.

2. Religious material

• Recitation follows the narration of Hafs from Aasim unless another narration is agreed with your teacher.
• Where a point of Tajweed or fiqh has more than one accepted position, teachers explain the difference rather than presenting one view as the only one.
• Lessons are teaching, not formal religious rulings. For a personal fatwa, consult a qualified mufti in your own jurisdiction.

3. Views of individual teachers

Opinions a teacher expresses during a lesson are their own considered view. They do not automatically represent the position of the school.

4. Learning outcomes

We do not promise a particular result in a particular time. How far a student gets depends on:

• How consistently they attend lessons.
• How much revision they do between lessons.
• Their starting level and individual aptitude.
• The support available around them at home.

5. External links and embedded media

Some lessons embed video or documents hosted by third parties such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion or Google Drive. We do not control those services, their availability, or their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for content they serve outside our lessons.

6. Technical availability

The site may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because of a fault at our host or an embedded provider. Where a live lesson is affected by a fault on our side, the lesson is rescheduled or credited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
